At Rara, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may follow the steps below to request a return, exchange, or cancellation.
🕒 How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

Send your request to info@raraatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your account/card within 3–7 business days.

If your order has already been shipped, the product must be returned to one of the RARA return addresses listed below.
📦 Return Conditions

Items must be unused.

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original condition, including all accessories and protective packaging.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges are only accepted for unused, complete items with all accessories and protective materials.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
