🕒 How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

• Send your request to info@raraatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• If your order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your account/card within 3–7 business days.

• If your order has already been shipped, the product must be returned to one of the RARA return addresses listed below.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused.

• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original condition, including all accessories and protective packaging.

• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only accepted for unused, complete items with all accessories and protective materials.

• Items must be returned within 14 days.

• Return shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.

✅ Processing Time

• If all return/exchange conditions are met, your request will be processed within 3–7 business days.
